QReader respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the QReader mobile application handles information when you use the app.

QReader does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising SDKs, analytics, or tracking technologies.

2. Camera permission

QReader requests camera access only when you choose to scan a QR code with your device camera. Camera images are used in real time to detect QR codes; they are not recorded, stored, uploaded, or shared by QReader.

3. Photo Library permission

QReader may request access to your Photo Library only when you choose an image to scan for a QR code. The selected image is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded, stored, or shared by QReader.

4. Local processing and data sharing

All QR code processing is performed locally on your device. QReader does not transmit personal data, camera images, photo-library images, or QR scan results to external servers.

5. QR code content and external links

QReader displays the result of a QR code scan on your device. If you choose to open a link from a QR code, you will visit a third-party website. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, and QReader is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Children's privacy

QReader does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal information is collected, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if QReader's features or privacy practices change. Any update will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
